- External: Customer, Consultant and/or Design institute, Consortium Partners, Representatives /Agents, Chinese Embassy, Country Organization Summary: As a Project manager to lead team to execute full-line hydropower projects aboard, to meet Customer’s satisfaction as well as Company’s interests, in order to promote Company’s image in local Country. Job Task: Lead project team effectively, and encourage team members throughout whole processes of project execution Develop good relationship with Customer as well as his representatives Build up and maintain good environment with external partners and contacts. Establish measures proactively to manage risks/chances, and minimizes the exposure and risks across whole project Manage changes on good approach and in time. Review project with team on regular basis, in accordance with company policy and process to ensure profitable and successful execution as measured by project goals (quality, cost, schedule).
